Many of our products are delicate décor pieces.

We take reasonable care to pack every order securely to reduce the possibility of damage during transportation.

However, once an order is handed over to the courier, unforeseen damage may still occur during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please follow our damage-claim procedure immediately.
